In autumn 2023, the State of Geneva's Department of Health and Mobility organised a Mobility Forum, bringing together 120 participants to discuss the challenges and solutions for mobility in Geneva. Bringing together representatives of such diverse interests around the same table to begin a constructive dialogue was already a great success. On the first day, the discussions between the participants were structured around 5 sectoral areas of action, which led to 8 thematic convergences. The second day was structured around 6 cross-cutting workshops. The results of these discussions will serve as a basis for drawing up an action plan and will be presented to the Grand Council and the Council of State.
The organizers had identified a gap and an opportunity in terms of presenting the discussions to the participants and the public, and wanted the workshop reports to be as concise, educational and attractive as possible. Given the vast amount of content and the heterogeneous structures, the task of synthesizing and visualizing it was an ambitious one.
In the center, a consolidated vision of all the solutions evoked, whatever the day or workshop that produced it, integrated into a landscape that allows us to project ourselves into a concrete and motivating vision that speaks to everyone. Above, a chronology to help understand the process. Around it, comic-book-style boxes depict the characters and their situations that served as a starting point for the reflection process. These comic-book-style boxes both present the current diagnosis with a touch of humor and give structure to the whole.
